Mörthandrä Hütte

The Mörthandrä cabin offers the opportunity to take a break at 1,200 m above sea level, surrounded by nature and a wonderful view. Enjoy the sunrise on the terrace with a coffee while the flock of sheep wishes you a "good morning" or enjoy the silence in the evening by a cozy campfire. The Mörthandrä cabin offers everything you need for a cozy cabin holiday. The fenced property offers enough space for sunbathing or relaxing in a cool place to leave everyday life behind. The cabin can be reached by car all year round.

In winter, the cabin is very well located to reach the following ski areas:

• Salzstiegl 13km away - Klinger snow school on site
• Hoislift 21km away - Klinger snow school on site
• Kluglifte 29km away

To relax on cold days, a day at the thermal baths in Therme Nova in Köflach is recomended (half an hour's drive).

Whether summer or winter, the cabin offers the ideal location for a wide range of activities. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes such as the Siebenhütten hike over the Hirschegg Alpe. 6 hours of walking time - 7 huts such as the Schrotthütte, the Bernsteiner Hütte, the Saureis Hütte, the Görlitzer Hütte and the Liedl Hütte.
If you would like more action, you can have fun at the Salzstiegl in the Trialpark (13km) or at the Steirerpark in Modriach (18km) with a summer toboggan run.
For all motorsport fanatics, the Red Bull Ring can also be reached in an hour.
For refreshing swimming fun, the Packer reservoir, the Hirzmann reservoir or the Hebalmsee are ideal.
The capital Graz with the clock tower or the Lipizzanergestüt Piber can also be great excursion destinations for unforgettable holiday moments.
