Zirbenwaldhütte

The Koglerhütte is situated in a quiet position, surrounded by woods on a sunny glade. Bank, post office and shopping facilities 10 km from the house. Domestic animals are welcome in the Koglerhütte.

The ski resorts of the region Grebenzen and Klippitztörl can be reached easily. The family ski resort Grebenzen is onyl 36 km far away and offer 25 km of pists on 1.000 and 1.900 m of altitude with 1 Chairlift, 6 lifts, 4 childrens lifts dn toboggan run. The ski are Klippitztörl with 6 ski lifts, 13 downwill tracks and 28 km of pists is only 35km far away. It offers ski schools as well as snowshoehiking.

Ideal in Summer: barbecue in front of the house. The hiking playe is situated on the southern slope of the Zirbitzkogel, the highest mountain of the "Seetaler Alpen". In Summer ideal starting point for hiking tours to the Zirbitzkogel (2.300 m) or the beautiful lakes Wildsee and Lavantsee (both over 2.000 m). For families do Mühlen offer horse riding, donkeys and lama's. The lake Mühlen is ideally for swimmer as well as for fishing.
