The newly renovated apartment is located in the center of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and is very well connected to the public transport system. The historic city center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Numerous boutiques and shops, as well as the City-Arkaden shopping center invite you to go on a shopping spree. The Klagenfurt exhibition center is also just a few minutes away. It's only a few minutes' drive to the shore of Lake Wörthersee.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality furniture. There is a large living and dining area with an open kitchen-living room. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is the double side refrigerator. The dining table offers enough space for six guests. On the couch with flat screen TV you can relax after an eventful day in Carinthia.
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a large box spring double bed; the other bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. Wardrobes are available in every bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a sunny balcony with a view of the Karawanken mountains.
If needed, a garage parking space can be provided for an extra charge.

In the weeks before Christmas, the popular Christmas market also takes place on Neuer Platz. The Christkindlmarkt is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in the Alps-Adriatic region. Handmade and traditional gift ideas, an ice skating rink, a petting zoo, a children's carousel, and numerous traditional events await for you.
