The Heideggalm was once a ski and hiking hut and is available all year round for groups for single use. The hut is in a secluded location in the midst of beautiful nature and directly at the middle station of the Forstau-ski lift in the Ski Amadé region.
The group hut offers space for up to 30 people and is equipped with 7 cozy alpine bedrooms, a gastro kitchen with pizza oven, bar and dispensing system, 4 bathrooms and 9 toilets.
In summer you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Dachstein Mountains from the two beautiful sun terraces with barbecue, sun loungers, tables and benches. The beautiful reservoir lake is only 100 m behind the hut, which is used for snow production in winter. The next village Forstau is 3 km away, here you can find restaurants and grocery stores. The next larger city Radstadt is approx. 10 km away.
The Heideggalm can be reached directly by car (max. 2 cars) in spring, summer and autumn. There is additional parking app. 3 km away. In winter, the hut can only be reached by cable car. The transport of luggage and groceries is organized by the landlord and is included in the tour price. Pets are very welcome at the Heideggalm.

House "Maiergschwendt". In the district of Maiergschwendt 2 km from the centre of Ruhpolding, on the outskirts, 14 km from the centre of Traunstein, 50 km from the centre of Salzburg. In the complex: restaurant, sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, storage room for skis. Breakfast on request (extra). Parking at the house at 30 m. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 30 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Ski lift 1.6 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop, ski school 50 m, cross country ski track 30 m.

The „Berg Chalet Klausner“ is built near the forest. It is the perfect place in summer and winter for relaxing holidays. The original Tyrolean farm has an age from over 250 years.
The apartment provides enough space for relax. The furnishing provides much comfort. A fantastic view is also available.
The apartment “Almrausch” has two floors and provides place for 8 persons.

A cabin like back then! Magnificent south-facing and secluded location at 1,650 m above sea level with a view of the surrounding mountains in Carinthia's Nock area! Nestled in the tranquility of nature, this rustic alpine hut becomes a vacation destination for those seeking relaxation. The equipment is simple and functional. The hut has a small kitchen with a wood-burning stove and washing up without running water. Fresh spring water can be found in front of the hut by the fountain. You can reach the sleeping gallery via a staircase. The hut is without electricity. You will find the "Plumsklo"(outhouse) 20 meters from the hut! Within a half an hour walk you can reach a managed hut where you can indulge yourself with regional delicacies. In the nearest village Fresach (10 km) you can buy regional products in the village shop and there is also a restaurant in the village. The next larger city is Feistritz an der Drau (15 km) and here you will also find supermarkets. The hut can be reached by car (the last 4.5 km via a goods road). Pets are welcome in the Amberger Hütte. Depending on the weather, the hut can be booked from around mid-April to around the beginning of November.

The nearest town, Nauders, is approximately 4.5 km away. There you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. About 150 meters below the Almhütte Stableshof is the new Stableshof. Here you can purchase localy produced farm products. Your furry friend is welcome at the cabin too.
In summer (dry season), the cabin can be reached by car for loading and unloading the luggages. Afrterwards the vehicle must be parked at the new Stableshof, which is located approximately 100 meters below the Almhütte Stableshof.
