The Untersöllhof is located at 1,000 m above sea level in the middle of the Salzburg mountains in Krimml. The 250-year-old farm has been lovingly renovated and is perfectly equipped for a cabin holiday with the large family or friends. The interior design is quaint and cozy. There is enough space for 19 people on 250m². The large, comfortable kitchen with dining table and armchairs leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room there is a comfortable seating area to relax. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The property is completely fenced. The Untersöllhof can be reached by car all year round. There are 10 parking spaces directly in front of the yard.

The town of Krimml-Hochkrimml is perfect for entering the Zillertal Arena and is located directly by the 310 km long Tauern cycle path, which is also the starting point of the Hohe Tauern Panorama Trail.

In winter, Krimml-Hochkrimml is the first entry into the Zillertal Arena from the Salzburg side. A ski paradise with 150 kilometers of slopes and 52 state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts. A large area offers fun runs, speed check routes and snow parks for the little ones. Rustic huts and mountain restaurants invite you to take a break. An ideal Eldorado for every skier with suitable slopes and different levels of difficulty. The skibus stop is right in front of the Untersöllhof.
