Arrival in winter is by ski. Luggage is brought to the chalet by skidoo.

In summer, arrival to the chalet is by shuttle service. It is NOT possible to drive to the accommodation in your own car. Parking spaces for the car are available. The journey to and from the destination is included in the travel price. Additional journeys will be charged at €40.00 per journey.

This chalet owes its name to the fascinating view of the Kleiner Rettenstein. Each apartment offers a rustic and alpine feel-good ambience made of high-quality local wood and materials. In winter you can head straight to the slopes, in summer to the countless hiking trails. The nearest supermarket is in Jochberg and is about 10 km away. In the nearby Trattenbachalm - one of the oldest huts in this region - you can indulge in culinary delicacies. If you order in advance, you can also buy fresh pastries in the morning. In summer, cows and sheeps roam the alpine pastures and contribute to the typical landscape.

Located in the middle of the world-famous Kitzbühel ski area, the Trattenbachalm makes the heart of every passionate winter sports enthusiast beat faster: perfectly groomed blue and red slopes for skiers and snowboarders lead directly past the house, a toboggan run goes directly to Jochberg-Wald. From 2023, the new, ultra-modern 6-seater chairlift at the Trattenbachalm will not only offer more performance and comfort, but also more safety, especially for children and less experienced winter sports enthusiasts.
