Oberprenner Troadkostn

The "Oberprenner Troadkostn" is a small and rustic chalet for two guests. Located on a sunny and quiet place near the village Haus in Styria. The "Obeprenner Troadkostn" was built out of wood from a old granary. That means 100% nature. From the terrace of the "Oberprenner Troadkostn", the guests have a fantastic view over the Dachstein Massif. In winter, the eventful ski day starts in front of the chalet door, because the ski pist is next to the chalet.
The next village is "Haus" and three kilometer away. In Haus are some small supermarkets, bakery and butcher. Also restaurants are existant. The next bigger city is Schladming and eight kilometer away.
The "Oberprenner Troadkostn" is reachable the whole year by car. Parking spaces are in front of the chalet. Pets are welcome.

In summer is the "Oberprenner Troadkostn" the starting point for countless of hikings. From easy walks up to demanding hikes - everything is possible. Over 1.000 kilometer hiking trails.
Mountainbiker can enjoy over 500 marked cycle paths.

During the summer stay, the guests get the Dachstein Summer Card for free. The Dachstein Summer Card includes numerous attractive offers like mountain railways, toll roads, transportation, pools, museums and children's programs.

The "Oberprenner Troadkostn" is located next to the ski pist. So every morning, the eventful ski day starts direct in front of the chalet door. The ski ressort offer 123 pist kilometer and 44 modern cable cars and lifts. Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm - these are the mountains of the Schladminger 4-Peaks-Ski-Area.
For cross-country-skier there is two classic cross-country ski-runs with a length of 29 kilometer and one high-cross-country skiing with a lenght of 11 kilometer.
