Kleine Almliebe

Welcome to the Kleine Almliebe. A cozy cabin for everyone who wants to spend a few days in nature. You will find relaxing moments in the sauna house. There is also a whirlpool on the terrace. Lovingly furnished, the cabin leaves nothing to be desired. Nestled in nature, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and forests. The Kleine Almliebe located on the edge of the forest nearby the owner's farm.

The Kleine Almliebe is the perfect starting point for sports, excursions and hikes in the Carinthian-Styrian border area. Thanks to the optimal connection, hotspots such as Graz or Klagenfurt can be reached in just an hour. The Hebalm recreation area with the Hebalmsee, the Nova thermal baths in Köflach or the Lippizaner stud farm in Piber, the Koralm and Klippitztörl ski and hiking areas or the western Styrian hills with wine taverns and pumpkin seed oil specialties.

At over 1,078 m above sea level, Preitenegg is the highest municipality in the Wolfsberg district. The municipality located in the north-eastern part of the Lavanttal and borders on western Styria. The hilly mountain landscape is ideal for leisurely hiking and mountain biking (e.g. to the Unterauerlinger Hütte, the Freiländerhütte or the Knödelhütte). If you like longer tours, we recommend the seven-hut hike around the Hirschegger Alpe, six hours of walking time, seven huts (including the Schrotthütte, Bernsteiner Hütte, Saureis Hütte, Görlitzer Hütte, Liedl Hütte). On the Hebalm you will find the Via Alpina (stages A18 and A19), a cross-border hiking trail that leads through eight Alpine countries with 342 day tours. On the Hebalm you will also cross the Koralm Crystal Trail, which offers eight hikes (between 3.5 and 7 hours) in the Lavanttal Alps.
Tennis fans welcome - the double sand court of the Preitenegg tennis club is open daily from 8 a.m. The reservation list is available at the Hanslwirt inn in Preitenegg.
The summer toboggan run on the Klippitztörl or the beach volleyball court on the Hebalm offer fun for adventurers of all ages.
