The house Framgard is situated in sunny position with wonderful view to the mountains. To the village Bad Kleinkirchheim about 3 km, there you will find numerous shops, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank.
Winter Information: Bad Kleinkirchheim (Kärnten)
To the top ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim via the Kaiserburgbahn, about 3 km from the house. On the whole 26 lift installations, 103 km of pistes of all degrees of difficulty and the longest descend of Carinthia - the region of the Nockberge. Best snow conditions due to the modern installations for artificial snow (about 97 % coverage).
Summer Information: Bad Kleinkirchheim (Kärnten)
The holiday region Bad Kleinkirchheim offers everything - hiking, excursions, mountainbiking, horseback riding, tennis, squash, badminton, golf, nordic walking. For the small guests there is a petting zoo, familiy paths in the region national park Nockberge. Wellness in the thermal baths Römerbad and St. Kathrein.
