Several living rooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for socializing, and cozy nooks make this house ideal not only for large families but also groups of friends. A playroom, a piano, a wine cellar, and numerous thoughtful details provide an extra comfort.

The location is ideal: shops are within walking distance, the ski bus stop is just a few minutes away, and the valley station of the mountain lifts can be reached in about ten minutes. Hiking trails, cultural paths, and walking routes begin practically right at the doorstep.

In 10 minutes you can reach the valley station of the cable cars and the Scuol-Tarasp train station; the ski bus is included in the ski pass during the winter season.
Skiing and Snowboarding:
The Motta Naluns ski area offers 70 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, suitable for both skiers and snowboarders. There are 13 ski lifts available. A children area with childcare is available for kids. Several ski schools are also available.
Winter Hiking:
There are numerous winter hiking trails in the Motta Naluns ski area, offering stunning views of the Engadine Dolomites. Discover the winter season at its finest while hiking in Scuol.
Sledding:
There is a toboggan run in the Motta Naluns ski area, suitable for families and friends. A highlight is the night sledding by moonlight. The longest toboggan run is 3.7 km long.

There is a circular cross-country ski trail in the Motta Naluns ski area. The trail is located at an altitude of 1,286 meters. Due to its easy difficulty level, the panoramic trail in the Engadine is also ideal for cross-country skiing beginners.
