The cosy holiday apartment is located in the ground-level side wing of the farmhouse and has its own covered sun terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views. With 35 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates two guests and is tastefully furnished with an open-plan kitchen and living area, seating area, comfortable sofa bed and bathroom with shower and WC. The cosy bedroom features a 1.60 m-wide double bed and is warmly furnished with spruce wood, creating a comfortable and intimate retreat.

No matter if summer or winter, the Bergchalet Klausner Kuschelsuite is a perfect place for holidays. The view from the garden over the valley is fantastic. The modern apartment has sleeping places for two people. Near the swimming pond is a sauna. Pets are welcome.
Mayrhofen is a popular holiday region. Mayrhofen has many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The whole year is skiing possible at the Hintertuxer glacier.

The access to the ski resort Zillertal is in Hippach. Over 200 km of pistes of every degree of difficulty up to more than 3.000 m altitude. Ski school and ski kindergarden in Hippach. Wintersport in Zillertal: Cross-country skiing (classic tracks and skating tracks), snowboarding (fun park with halfpipe and jumps), curling, ice-skating, paragliding, tobogganing. Near ski resort (access in Hippach, 1,5 km). Ski fun the whole year on the glacier Hintertux.
