The nearest village, Gleinstätten, is 4 km away, where grocery stores and restaurants are located. The chalet is accessible by car and parking is available. Two pets are very welcome.

A special highlight is the world's largest Klapotetz on the Demmerkogel (a wine-growing village) and the Silberberg wine-growing school.
