Sustainability paired with the highest level of comfort - this is how the Bergseegut Appartment was created. The Bergseegut Appartement has its own mountain spring. As the crystal clear water flows, feeds the lake and also supplies the apartment with electricity. Only wood from Austrian forests was used in the construction and furnishing of the apartment. Enjoy relaxing moments in the sauna with panoramic views. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond as you have direct access from your own terrace. The town center of Wagrain, where you will find numerous cafés, bars and restaurants, is approx. 5 km away. The Bergseegut Appartment can be reached by car all year round. Free parking and a charging station for electric cars are available.

SKI TAXI Shuttle Service - In the winter season you have the option of using a ski shuttle service.
Departure between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to the Grafenberg lift valley station, return journey between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Euro 2.00 is charged per trip/person. Further information can be obtained directly from the owner on site!

In Ski amadé you have one of the most varied winter sports areas in Europe at your feet. 760 kilometers of fun on the slopes, 356 perfectly groomed slopes and 270 comfortable lifts - with just one ski ticket!!! The winter activities in Ski amadé offer a colorful daily program for young and old in all weather conditions. The ski bus stop is approx. 1.5 km from the apartment.

From tobogganing in the beautiful landscape, a relaxing thermal trip, a new sporting challenge to an incredible balloon ride - everything is possible here.
