The cosy, approximately 55 m² Edelweiß maisonette apartment is located in the upper side wing of the house and accommodates up to four guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a lovingly furnished traditional farmhouse-style living room with a tiled stove and a comfortable corner sofa. Upstairs on the gallery, there are two double beds, accessible via a steep staircase. The living and sleeping areas form one spacious, open-plan room with direct access to a sunny balcony, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views.

The „Berg Chalet Klausner“ is built near the forest. It is the perfect place in summer and winter for relaxing holidays. The original Tyrolean farm has an age from over 250 years.

Near ski resort (access in Hippach, 1,5 km) .Ski fun the whole year on the glacier Hintertux.
