The „Achensee Huettendoerfl“ is quiet situated on the entrance of the Aplenpark Karwendel. The view over the surrounding mountains are fantastic. Only ten minutes by foot is the centre from Maurach or the Achensea away. In Maurach you have opportunities for shopping. The chalets are reachable the whole year by car. Parking spaces and carports are available.

The cross-country ski trail runs next to the Huettendoerfl. So you can start your cross-country ski adventure direct by the chalet.
The Achenseer Mountains have three ski-mountains, with 30 cable cars and lifts and 59 pists kilometer in all grades. The next ski bus stop is 500 meter away. Toboggan is also possible.
